The Kansas Center for Solar Energy Research is an interdisciplinary team of 29 researchers from The University of Kansas, Wichita State University, and Kansas State University. Our researchers come from the fields of physics, engineering, chemistry, and biology.
We investigate the utilization of solar energy in four themes; nanoscale energy capture and catalysis, solar electric energy conversion, conversion of biomass into biofuels, and holistic systems design.
